We Have A Roof

The roof is up and the windows are going in. Now that it's protected from the elements they can really start on the inside of the house. They put the basement window in where it should be, but they still need to correct the minor laundry room issue.

  2. Lookin' good! Glad to hear that they fixed the basement window. What's going on with the laundry room? Hope whatever it is that it gets resolved also.

  3. They framed out for a laundry tub cutting into the master closet.

  4. We changed that wall, too! What a stupid wall if you didn't want the tub. How much did they charge you to change it?

  5. Tammigirl it wasn't much if nothing at all. I remember I asked and the charge was either free or like 25 or 50 dollars

  6. That bump is on the plans, it's not a mistake in framing. BUT if you wanted more room in the closet I could see removing the bump as great idea. We left it alone, my wife refers to that nook as "the perfect place for my iron". I foresee a great place for shelves. She will likely win.
