Lights & Stain

All the lights on the first floor are in with the exception of the 1/2 bath and I expect the the second floor and the basement will be finished today. They also started staining the handrails and I'm really liking the color. I tried to match it to the hardwood floors as much as possible.

Cabinets & Doors

Unfortunately I've come down with a nasty cold but I couldn't wait to go see the progress at the house as soon as my plane landed.

They got all the bathroom cabinets and countertops installed. Hung all the doors and did all the baseboards on the second floor.

They kitchen is still a work in progress. They got the cabinets in place so they can measure for the granite countertops.

Hopefully everything will be done by Friday. PM showed up while we were there and walked thru the progress with us. I'm so impressed with how he keeps us updated and pays great attention to detail!

Someone Get Me A Swiffer!

They were still working on the floors today. Bathroom's and laundry rooms are tiled and grouted. By the time I get back from Chicago Wednesday cabinets should be in.

I can't stand the dust on the floors and really wanted to sweep them.

Tile & Wood Floors

They've laid the tile in the laundry room and hall bath. They're still working on the master bath tile around the tub and they started to put down the wood floors on the first floor.

Primer

They got the primer on the walls today and starting the tile floors tomorrow. There were a ton of boxes in the garage. I wanted to treat it like Christmas and rip everyone of them open but I restrained myself. Wood floors this weekend and I can't wait.

The Outside Is Almost Complete

I like our color and stone choices. All we need are the columns on the porch and the outside will be complete.
